Collier grew up in an era where a man’s handshake was his promise. He is, by definition, a man of his word. He truly understands the meaning of commitment. Just ask his high school sweetheart and lovely wife of over 42 years.
Collier’s decision to practice law was heavily influenced by his unwavering desire to help those in need. He believes in meeting with clients personally and charging them fairly for the services.
In 1976, he became the 3rd generation in his family to practice law and was eagerly followed in the profession by his son Kaz; whom he couldn’t be more proud of.
Mr. Espy attributes his health and vitality to the many hours spent working in his garden and his 30,000+ walks from the office to the courthouse.
Collier has spent a lifetime dedicated to his faith, family, friends, clients and this community. Working for the greater good is a cause very close to this man’s heart. Whether it’s helping a struggling farmer through Chapter 12 bankruptcy, keeping a business’ doors open, or giving an individual with too much debt some peace of mind; Collier is always there.
